Human Resources Benefits & Compliance Analyst The Human Resources Benefits & Compliance Analyst position plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position reports to the Director of Compensation and Benefits. Key Responsibilities Include: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Maintaining and updating employee benefits programs. Providing guidance and support to employees and management on benefits and compliance issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or compliance. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Locations: Alexandria, VA / Fairfax, VA / Fairfax Station, VA / Springfield, VA This position is hybrid remote, with a few days a week in the office.
