Our small animal focus allows us to invest heavily in advanced diagnostic and surgical tools. You will routinely utilize equipment for advanced imaging, including both Radiology and Ultrasound. We provide complex care across multiple specialties, including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and advanced soft tissue Surgery, ensuring you have the exposure needed to continually grow your clinical expertise alongside highly dedicated teammates. What You'll Bring to the Team Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
