Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ICU or Medical-Surgical ICU setting Valid BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle complex patient cases Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have Skills: Certification in CCRN or NIHSS Experience with general medical and surgical ICU cases Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Education and Experience: Nursing Bachelor's Degree (BSN) or higher preferred Prior experience in a similar ICU environment, especially within high-acuity settings Other Requirements: No local candidates within 50 miles of the assignment location Schedule: 7 PM 7 AM; 12-hour shifts Start Date: February 23, 2026 13-week assignment duration Travel reimbursements and licensure certifications are available when applicable This outstanding opportunity offers a competitive pay rate of $49.22 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
