Executive Assistant Focus Financial Partners is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives within the company. Primary Responsibilities Fully support 3-4 executives as detailed below. Oversee and coordinate all logistics for executive meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution for executives and other team members as necessary. Provide reliable backup support to administrative team members, ensuring continued office functionality and smooth workflow in the absence of personnel. Accurately prepare and submit detailed expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing. Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners, fostering effective communication and relationships. Assist with planning and tracking key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met in alignment with organizational goals. Oversee confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications 3-5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment; financial services experience a plus. Proactive, solution-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and gather relevant information. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills. Able to thrive under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom). This is a non-exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $65,000-$75,000.00. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
