Project Manager This role is with a well-established, medium-sized organization operating within the business services industry. The company is recognized for delivering exceptional services and fostering a professional environment. Job Description Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Responsible for handling contracts, RFIs, scheduling, and submittals. Expected to be able to manage multiple small jobs at the same time. Will be expected to help estimators on bid day. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Develop project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Address and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status. Conduct site visits to oversee project execution and ensure adherence to plans. Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and project deliverables. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction project management within the general contracting industry. 6-10 years of experience with a commercial general contractor. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Estimating experience or at least some base level knowledge of estimating is nice to have. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
