Required Skills: Current license as a Respiratory Therapist in the practicing state Certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (if working in NICU) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows applications Effective verbal and written communication skills Analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to perform routine and advanced respiratory therapeutic procedures Experience in arterial blood gas analysis, ventilator management, and oxygen therapy management Nice to Have Skills: Experience working with neonatal patients Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems Prior experience in a hospital or critical care setting Preferred Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory care Other Requirements: Availability to work night shifts (12-hour night shift) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and certification maintenance Travel reimbursement applicable when relevant Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements as applicable This Night Shift 12-Hour position offers an hourly pay rate of $50.92, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, robust referral bonuses, and 24/7 support from our dedicated team committed to your success.
