Job Description Job Description Cope Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant (Sales Manager) to join our team for a new community coming online in Nevada, Texas! You will be responsible for making new home sales, being knowledgeable about our home designs and amazing features, and corresponding with potential clients on a regular basis. We offer a different kind of payment structure for our Sales Managers that involves somewhat more monthly income stability than is usual in the industry. Responsibilities:Tour and provide clients information about the model home and other available lots/homes in the communityServe as the primary contact for future and current home buyers and realtorsPresent and sell homes to new and customersProspect and contact all inbound leads dailyReach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineResolve home buyer inquiries and concernsUtilize marketing materials and sales strategies to drive home salesMeet and communicate directly with builders regarding home construction statusSet up meetings with potential buyers to review contracts, the build process, and building guidelines Qualifications:Previous experience in new home sales is AN ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT.PUNCTUAL and able to work regular hours at a model homeDRIVEN to make high income based on sales performanceStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedStrong time management skillsResults drivenAbility to navigate sales by being persuasive and enthusiasticExperience with Microsoft Office productsReal Estate License preferred (to be held by our in-house brokerage).
