Requirements: RN (Registered Nurse) License Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing 2-years' RN experience in an Acute Care setting BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association ACLS certification with the American Heart Association The Registered Nurse - PCU responsibilities and skills: Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of PCU patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in critical care Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments.
