Froedtert ThedaCare , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks an experienced Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Oshkosh East location. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a traditional outpatient established practice with a collaborative and quality driven provider team, and work in a brand-new medical center which opened in January 2026! In this role, you'll have the backing of a respected health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. Practice Highlights: 1.0 FTE opportunity to practice outpatient-based Internal Medicine with procedural opportunities if desired 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly Option of a four- or five-day workweek Join an established team of 2 physicians and 1 APC Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools 2+ years of APC experience is required , preferably in primary care Clinic Hours : M-Th 7:00a-6:00p, F 7:00a-5:00p Call Rotation : No call!
