Froedtert ThedaCare , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks an experienced Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Oshkosh East location. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a traditional outpatient established practice with a collaborative and quality driven provider team, and work in a brand-new medical center which opened in January 2026! In this role, you'll have the backing of a respected health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. We're committed to giving you the tools, staff, and support you need to focus on what you do best - caring for patients. Practice Highlights: 1.0 FTE opportunity to practice outpatient-based Internal Medicine with procedural opportunities if desired 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly Option of a four- or five-day workweek Join an established team of 2 physicians and 1 APC Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools 2+ years of APC experience is required , preferably in primary care Clinic Hours : M-Th 7:00a-6:00p, F 7:00a-5:00p Call Rotation : No call!
