We have a locum opportunity in beautiful Tucson , Arizona for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (top preference) or Psychiatrist (MD/DO) . We are prioritizing local providers who can start as soon as credentialed. Practice Setting Residential Level of Care (Adult 18+) Collaborative medical department with onsite providers Full support staff: nursing, therapists, techs. Position Details 40 hours/week (4x10s or 5x8s) patient caseload (% productivity) Patients seen once weekly (1 hour session: 50 mins + documentation) Psychiatric evaluations & follow-ups Medication management Treatment team meetings Therapy involvement Weekly rounding on assigned caseload 75% of worked time is direct patient care (Example: 40-hour week = 30 patients seen weekly)
