Senior CNC Machinist

We"re looking for a Senior CNC Machinist who enjoys complex setups, problem-solving, and leading by example on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role, not management — ideal for an experienced machinist who wants influence without leaving the machines. What You"ll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Read blueprints and interpret GD&T Program or modify toolpaths using Mastercam Optimize tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, indicators, and height gages Support and mentor other machinists Document work and inspection results in ProShop ERP Contribute to continuous improvement and shop organization Requirements What We"re Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience Strong setup and troubleshooting skills Experience with Mastercam and precision inspection tools Solid understanding of tooling, materials, and machining strategies Familiarity with AS9100 practices Reliable, quality-focused, and team-oriented Benefits Why Apply?
