What You'll Do: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional service from the moment they make a reservation to the time they check out. Respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns with care and urgencyhelping to make every stay smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments as needed. Promote and sell guest rooms, dining experiences, and seasonal hotel offers, helping guests make the most of their visit. What We're Looking For: Open availability for AM & PM shifts, including weekends & Holidays High school diploma or equivalent 12 years of hotel front desk, guest service experience 12 years of customer service experience required Ability to deliver exceptional customer service Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Experience working in a team-oriented environment Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification Relevant military experience is a plus BENEFITS: Vacation, Holiday, and Sick pay Medical/Dental/Vision (with opt. out option) Hotel Room Discount Travel Reimbursement, if needed.
