The position requires the following skills: Effective communication at different levels of the organization. Project management (Plan & organize). Capability of working in inter-functional teams (Communicate & share information). Data analysis / good level with IT and e-tools Change Management Responsiveness to and understanding of internal and external customer needs (Understand market & customer perspective). Able to manage numerous and complex tasks, in a matrix organization with sense of urgency and resistance to stress. Knowledge of English is mandatory. IMPORTANT: Hybrid position requires in office 3 days with 2 remote days
