Generate deliverables that meet all prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission. Collaborate with project team to execute cost projections/forecasts. Recommend potential sequencing changes to schedule to optimize adherence to budget. Identify/assess potential deviations in quantities or payments from owners and to subcontractors. Review quality/quantity reports and associated rework costs. Prepare invoices to ensure accurate coding of project costs. Verify that compliance requirements are met for release of Subcontractor funds. Review line items in cost report for accuracy and work with Project Manager for correction of errors. Review and approval of subcontractor pay applications. May track quantities for all self-performed work activities and/or subcontractors. Manage subcontractor compliance requirements and contacts subcontractors to obtain proper documents if missing. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 0-3 years of experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Finance related degree preferred Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus The Walsh Group, Ltd.
