Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below. We need to add an experienced Help Desk Technician to our team. This position will be the first point of contact when technical issues arise, providing excellent customer service to internal customers across our organization. The Help Desk team is a critical part of T&S, providing service during core hours of 7am-7pm. If you love solving problems and working in a dynamic, fast paced atmosphere, we'd love to talk to you! We offer a competitive salary in addition to our full benefits package, 401k with 4% company match, on-site work schedule, vacation and sick time, and several other perks. _Please note: this position is not eligible for relocation._Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for associates seeking technical assistancePerform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questionsDetermine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customersWalk the customer through the problem-solving processDirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelProvide accurate information on IT products or servicesRecord events and problems and their resolution in logsFollow-up and update customer status and informationPass on any feedback or suggestions of users to the appropriate internal teamIdentify and suggest possible improvements on proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications:xmvmafu3+ years of experience as aHelp Desk Technicianor similar customer support roleBSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant fieldTech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote controlGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issuesProficiency in English, written and spokenExcellent communication skills, both in person and in printCustomer-oriented and adaptable in high stress situations Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
