Then this might be your dream job. We're looking for a high-energy, super-organized, Jesus-loving Administrative Assistant to our High School Ministry Pastor at Shadow Mountain Community Church. Our ministry is growing rapidly, and we need someone with a heart to serve, a mind for organization, and the ability to pivot like a pro when ministry gets wild (which it often doesin the best way possible). What You'll Do: You'll be the behind-the-scenes rock star who helps keep our high school ministry running smoothly. Think of yourself as the logistics ninja who helps make life easier for our High School Pastor and ministry team. Your role will be crucial in supporting weekly programs, events, communication, scheduling, and more. Your Day-to-Day Might Include: Assisting the pastor with planning, scheduling, and ministry logistics Help organize events, retreats, and trips Coordinating volunteers and supporting leaders Managing communication with students, parents, and ministry teams Keeping things running like a well-oiled (but still joyful and Spirit-filled) machine Pitching in at weekly services and high school events Basically, being the go-to person for all things admin and awesome Qualifications We're Looking for Someone Who: Is a committed follower of Jesus Christ and lives a life of integrity Has a genuine love for students and a heart to serve the next generation Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and great with follow-through Communicates well with people of all ages and personalities Has administrative experience (church or ministry experience is a plus!)
