We're looking for motivated Entry-Level Welders ready to learn, grow, and take pride in producing high-quality steel and aluminum parts.What You'll Do Perform MIG welding to produce steel and aluminum components Set up welding machines, adjust settings, and replace wire/tips as needed Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate production Inspect parts using visual checks and basic measurement tools Place completed parts on conveyor lines or designated areas Operate grinders to remove burrs and excess weld Track daily production and maintain accurate output records Report any machine issues to supervisors or maintenance Monitor materials and communicate shortages What We're Looking For Basic MIG welding skills (training or school experience welcome!)
