Brand Influencer Are you outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy? Then this is the perfect side gig for you! Join us as a Brand Influencer and bring eufy Smart Locks and Security Cameras to life by visiting local retail stores and training their teams. You'll start with 23 hours of paid, self-guided online training to get you up to speed quickly. This part-time role features biweekly, 1-hour training sessions at Home Depot locations in your area and gives you the freedom to build your own schedule during store hoursflexible, fun, and impactful. Compensation Minimum Pay: USD $20.00/Hr. Maximum Pay: USD $22.00/Hr. What We Offer Weekly pay schedule and early wage access get paid when you need it Paid required training (online, in-store) Paid drive time and mileage between stores Out of market travel pay (drive time, mileage, per diem, hotel) State-mandated sick time State-mandated cell allowance by shift Referral bonus opportunities 401(k) after 12 months of employment Opportunity to work with a growing company that rewards and promotes its associates A variety of part-time and full-time roles across the business that can lead to consistent income What You'll Do Complete structured 1-hour visits per store according to program cadence Conduct audits and document merchandising, inventory, and competitive insights Deliver impactful kickoff and biweekly reinforcement training sessions Educate associates on eufy Smart Lock features, benefits, installation basics, and competitive advantages Build strong partnerships with department supervisors and store leadership Increase brand awareness and recommendation rates through consistent education Verify on-hand inventory and partner with associates to ensure proper stocking and display Achieve program KPI's and reporting expectations Utilize your personal smartphone to complete required reporting before leaving each store Provide timely field feedback and insights to BDS and client stakeholders What You'll Bring Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in retail, field training, field marketing, or sales Background in hardware, home improvement, smart home technology, or security products preferred Experience presenting or training small groups preferred Skills and Attributes: Strong presentation and facilitation skills Confident communicator comfortable engaging both associates and leadership Self-starter with strong time management skills Organized and detail-oriented Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to translate technical product features into simple, compelling selling points Access to a personal iPhone or Android smartphone for on-site reporting Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
