The People Team is responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and compliance for our East Coast warehouse network, with a focus on our Moonachie, NJ warehouse. Interested? Learn more below. We are looking for Sr. Generalist - Field HR (Warehouse) to join our growing team. This position is hybrid and requires 3 days per week on-site in our Moonachie, NJ warehouse. It supports a 24/7 operation and may require some ability to remain flexible with your schedule. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, People. How You'll Make An Impact: Serve as the primary contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries and tickets, providing timely resolutions. Partner with site leadership to successfully roll out People team initiatives. Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all warehouse sites network wide. Support site leadership with all day to day people/HR areas to include: Payroll questions, training, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer processes. Conduct disciplinary and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) reviews for the East region. Intake, lead and conduct HR investigations to ensure fair and consistent outcomes Manage employee ADA accommodation requests in compliance with company policies and regulations. Generate essential HR reports and track key talent acquisition metrics About You: 3+ years in an HR Generalist or HR Shared Services capacity within a warehouse or field environment. Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Moonachie, NJ. Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes. Experience with disciplinary actions and Performance Improvement Plans. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $85,000-$100,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
