Construction Billing Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Construction Billing Specialist job for the corporate office located in Roseville, CA. This position is 100% in-office! The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience with construction billing experience and overall general accounting knowledge. The role will work with the Accounts Receivable and Project Accountant team. The position will be responsible for submitting monthly billing for each construction project, produce and revise monthly billing schedules, update schedules monthly, manage lien releases to final unconditional waivers, work closely with project managers and customers collections, reconciling bank deposits bank accounts, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: Construction Billing experience required Solid overall Accounts Receivable experience understanding your general accounting debits and credits Solid communications skills (written & verbal) Team player, helpful, and meets deadlines Reliable, dedicated, and quick good common sense Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized Experience: 3 or more years of construction accounting experience (Construction Billing, Construction Accountant, Project Accountant) Employment Type: Temp to Hire Pay Details: $37.00 to $42.00 per hour Search managed by: Flynn Woodworth Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
