Next Level Physio Montclair is hiring ONE experienced DPT to own a caseload in our cash-based, 1:1 sports clinic. We work with runners and lifelong athletes in a low-volume, high-touch model. You'll treat 1:1, have control of your schedule, and be expected to think like an intrapreneur, not an employee. This is not a residency or new-grad mentorship role. If you're already competent clinically, like to work independently and want to: Build a "practice within the practice" Learn to drive referrals, JVs, and social media Grow your income through base + revenue share this is where you do it.
