Analyst, Supply Chain We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Supply Chain Analyst to support our end-to-end supply chain operations within the rapidly growing nutraceutical industry. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable ingredient sourcing, efficient production planning, and on-time delivery of finished goods. You will use data, forecasting models, and cross-functional communication to optimize supply chain performance. Areas of Responsibility Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development on new product launches and lifecycle planning. Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and contract manufacturing locations. Track and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and cost changes. Work closely with manufacturing partners and internal production teams to plan batch runs, manage capacity, and track work-in-process. Support warehouse operations through KPI tracking, cycle count analysis, and process improvements. Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as OTIF (on-time, in-full), forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and supplier reliability. Provide weekly and monthly reporting to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data, including BOMs, item masters, and lead times. Production Efficiency: Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate completion of production function. Requirements Education & Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related field. 13 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, procurement, or operations. Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with data visualization tools. Experience working in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Syspro). Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certifications, Licenses, Credentials: None Required ASCM or APICS certification recommended Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Teamwork: Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and assist others. Standard office environment without unpleasant or hazardous conditions. Physical demands involved in office work such as the ability to talk, hear, use hands to hold and feel; work on a computer for up to 7-8 hours a day; close vision required for computer usage. Must have the ability to wear applicable personal protective equipment utilized at this site, including safety glasses/goggles, hair nets, lab coats, and safety shoes. Work Environment (Office, Warehouse, temperature extremes, etc.): Exposed to lab and/or plant floor working environments. Standard office environment without unpleasant or hazardous conditions.
