To support manufacturing operations by transporting, organizing, and managing materials, from raw inputs to finished goods, ensuring that production lines have the necessary supplies to operate smoothly and efficiently. Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas (e.g., racks, shelves) and vehicles (e.g., trucks), ensuring materials are handled safely and without damage. Shrink wrap and band materials to prevent shifting or damage during transport. Maintain the flow of finished materials to designated shipping or storage areas. Stage materials for cutting, punching, bending, and welding operations based on production schedules/work orders. Mark all parts with proper identification, including packing lists and bills of lading. Create and attach identifying tags and labels to materials as required. Print and manage all required paperwork for shipping and receiving. Visually inspect and count all incoming and outgoing materials. Verify items and quantities against shipping and receiving documents. Receive and track materials using the ERP system. Ensure accurate data entry and inventory updates. High School Diploma or GED 1-2 year of experience in warehouse operations and material handling or shipping/receiving Experience with operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment Forklift Certification Safety awareness Ability to track, count and record inventory accurately Attention to detail Communication skills Ability to problem solve Teamwork and Time Management Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., Sage) Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety instructions and shipping documents Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods Seasonal changes in temperature Personal Protective Equipment is required
