On-SiteAbout the RoleQualitrol is seeking a proactive and highly organized?Site Administrator?to support daily operations and drive site-wide coordination. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Coordination & Visitor ManagementServe as the first point of contact for all site visitors.Manage reception duties and coordinate site visits.Communication & Internal EngagementHandle incoming calls and mail.Maintain internal communications via SharePoint, noticeboards, and monthly presentations.Event Planning & Social Committee LeadershipLead the Social Committee to organize team-building events.Coordinate venues, catering, and logistics for internal functions.Meeting & Logistics SupportPrepare meeting rooms with necessary tech, catering, and materials.Support senior management with strategic initiatives and meeting coordination.HR & Compliance PartnershipCollaborate with HR on Equality Monitoring and onboarding support.Assist with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance efforts.Office & Resource ManagementProcure office supplies, uniforms, and indirect materials.Track inventory and identify cost-saving opportunities.General Administrative SupportProvide ad hoc support to ensure smooth site operations.Additional duties assigned by managerQualifications & SkillsHighschool EducationMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Teams.Experience in event planning and meeting logistics.Familiarity with HR and EHS policies and procedures.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information with discretion.Why Join Us?At Qualitrol, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
