Sr. Construction Manager - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 26-00111 Pay Range: $50.00 - $70.00/HR Columbus, Ohio area engineering firm seeks to hire an experienced Construction Manager who is familiar with managing the site development to build large scale industrial chemical plants. REQUIREMENTS: Associate or Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Chemical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering is a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills is a must Act as the On-Site liaison to coordinate and communicate between, Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, Inspectors, and the Customer. Extensive experience as an On-site Construction Manager Review and assist contractors to acquire necessary permits Familiarity with site development to build large scale chemical plants is needed Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and various technical drawings Experience with large ductwork, industrial facilities control systems, & emissions burn off flares highly desired Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
