FACILITY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

FACILITY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Description: Working supervisor, responsible for supervising, managing and conducting all maintenance and repair of the complete asset list of equipment, facilities and infrastructure at PennStress location; and supervising a maintenance-repair crew, and yarding crew. PennStress is an intensively industrial working environment where precast and prestressed concrete products are manufactured. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING Trade school mechanic certification in gasoline-diesel engine equipment training or equal Ten (10) years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair similar to equipment used in a precast concrete products manufacturing facility and over the road delivery equipment Knowledge and experience in hydraulics and electrical systems Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word, Outlook A high level of proficiency in reading drawings and equipment schematics Knowledge of DOT specifications and DOT inspection license preferred Solid mathematical skills Strong organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Creative thinking, trouble shooting and problem solving skills with a high level of initiative Salary: competitive pay commensurate with experience and abilities Full benefits including, Health, Vision, Dental, 401K with employer match, STD, LTD and Life Insurance.
