BC/BE Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology team in O'Fallon, IL. Practice Highlights: Well established, growing practice Supportive community with loyalty to HSHS Clinic is within the hospital, providing access to all imaging, scans, etc. needed. Ample training time provided with Neurology physicians Position Requirements: Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start Board Certified Experience in neurology is preferred, but experience in other specialties will be considered. Position Details: Monday - Friday weekly schedule Hospital and office call rotation Compensation & Benefits Package: Base guarantee Paid time off with holidays accrued bi-weekly CME reimbursement + days available per fiscal year Opportunities to earn productivity and patient outcome/patient satisfaction bonuses Sign on bonus and relocation assistance both available Pay Range: $54.45 - $78.59 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Core Function: Provider Education Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required. Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred. Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred. Federal DEA license is preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
