Customer Service Representative - Overnights Insight Veterinary Wellness Center | El Dorado Hills, CA | Full-time Are you passionate about supporting pets, their families, and a dedicated veterinary team? Join our team at Insight Veterinary Wellness Center, a hybrid hospital providing both Emergency and Primary Care services. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our patients, clients, and clinical team. Schedule Monday - Thursday 6pm - 7am (4x10 shifts) Key Responsibilities Greet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalism Triage incoming appointments and schedule accordingly Manage check-in/check-out and payment collection Provide education to clients about our hospital services and offerings Facilitate clear communication between clients and medical teams Support the team with additional duties as needed About You Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essential Strong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quickly Excellent communicator with compassion for pets and people Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus Able to work independently Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $20-$22 per hour + $3 extra/hour overnight differential Supportive, close-knit culture with opportunities for learning and growth About Insight Veterinary Wellness Center Team: 8 DVMs, 6 RVTs, 29 Support staff Facilities: 2 ORs, dental suite, radiology, ultrasound, PRP, Cellfie, in-house lab, Ligasure & cautery A hybrid hospital with both Emergency and Primary Care services Access to visiting specialists and one of the few community blood banks in California A collaborative, supportive workplace that values teamwork, excellent patient care, and professional development If you're ready to join a supportive team where your role truly makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
