Lynn College of Nursing is seeking an Assistant Dean of Assessment, Evaluation and Accreditation. They should have expertise in academic program assessment and evaluation, and experience with Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accreditation standards and processes.This position reports to the Dean of the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing.Assistant Dean, Assessment, Evaluation and AccreditationThe Assistant Dean of Assessment, Evaluation and Accreditation will provide visionary leadership in the Christine E. College of Nursing. They will oversee academic assessment and evaluation for all academic programs and oversee CCNE accreditation and AHNCC endorsement processes.The Assistant Dean of Assessment, Accreditation and Evaluation initiates, manages, and evaluates a broad spectrum of academic initiatives, including the development of legislatively-mandated and administratively-requested academic program reviews, assessment reports, and accreditation activities. This position serves as the accreditation liaison for the College to the University. The teaching requirement for this position is approximately one course per semester.Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a terminal degree in nursing or a terminal degree in another related field with a Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN). Demonstrated expertise in CCNE Accreditation, program assessment, and evaluation. Current, unencumbered RN license and eligibility for RN licensure in the state of Florida by time of application. Minimum 5 years of progressive educator or leadership experience in nursing education. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Graduate concentration (MSN) in Nursing education, post master's teaching certificate or Certified Nurse Educator. Experience with accreditation standards from the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation (AHNCC). Background in data analysis and/or informatics, with emphasis on statistical methods, data visualization, and information systems.
