We are currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team in our El Dorado Hills corporate office. HR Coordinator day-to-day: Partner with the HR team to develop and implement a best-in-class onboarding program. Coordinate all stages of the onboarding process, including offer acceptance, pre-hire paperwork, background checks, and new-hire orientation scheduling. Facilitate new-hire orientation sessions to ensure employees' smooth transition into Roebbelen. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Communicate onboarding timelines, expectations, and next steps with hiring managers and new employees. Prepare new-hire materials, onboarding packets, and required documentation. Ensure timely completion of all federal, state, and company onboarding requirements (I-9 verification, E-Verify, policy acknowledgments, etc.). Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and department managers to ensure all equipment, access, and systems are set up before each start date. Maintain accurate employee information and onboarding progress in the HRIS. Assist with HRIS database maintenance, data entry, and organization of personnel files. Ensure compliance with documentation, retention requirements, and internal HR processes. Support the tracking and reporting of onboarding metrics and trends that improve efficiency and employee experience. Provide administrative support for HR documentation, reporting, and audits. Maintain and update onboarding materials, templates, and process documentation. Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on onboarding responsibilities and expectations. Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and communicate Roebbelen's core values throughout the hiring process. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
