We serve adults and older adults through individualized therapy sessions and group wellness programs in a caring, connected environment. Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this full-time, on-site role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions. You will work primarily with adults and geriatric populations, providing one-on-one therapy sessions and contributing to group fitness and wellness programs. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, conducting rehabilitation sessions, tracking and documenting patient progress, and educating patients and their families on treatment plans and home care. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and enhance overall quality of life. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy – DPT) Valid Florida state license to practice Physical Therapy Strong expertise in physical therapy, rehabilitation, and patient care Knowledge of neurological and orthopedic conditions Experience with adult and older adult (geriatric) populations preferred Familiarity with home care practices and individualized treatment approaches Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Compassionate, patient-focused approach Experience with fitness or group exercise programs for adults and seniors is a plus
