Job Title Support and perform a variety of operational activities with various levels of complexity; meeting production and quality standards while adhering to complex regulatory, investor and Truist requirements. Exercise judgement while handling financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy. Prior mortgage experience desire, in addition to payment processing and knowledge of investor requirements. There is a 5 day in office expectation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to scheduling and assignments. Performing tasks at standard productivity and quality levels. Identify Risk Exposure in Processes and Escalate as needed. Work collaboratively and interact with team members, internal and external clients. Under direct supervision, performs work and completes other duties as assigned while demonstrating Truist values. Exhibit increasing knowledge and expertise in the specific assigned roles.
