We value curiosity, initiative, and people who thrive in an environment with ambiguity and constant change.Position OverviewAs our Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the evolution of PDM Automotives platform by translating customer needs, business priorities, and technical possibilities into clear product direction. Youll work closely with engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that drive real value for the automotive aftermarket. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic thinker who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving quickly, and using modern toolsincluding AIto accelerate discovery, design, and delivery in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a US REMOTE position.Key Responsibilities Play a major role in moving PDM Automotive to the next stage in its evolution Work directly with customers and prospects to understand market needs Expand platform capabilities including AI agents/skills Partner with engineering to deliver capabilities that align with business goals Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment Use AI tools like Claude Code, Replit, and others Embrace and thrive in a startup environmentbe resourceful, adaptable, and willing to try new approaches.Were excited about you because you Are a holistic thinker who is comfortable taking ownership Are comfortable moving quickly and iterating Have demonstrable experience translating multiple quantitative and qualitive inputs into an actionable plan Have experience with UX design and prototyping via AI tools Have excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.Not required but helpful: Knowledge about automotive parts and related terminologies Experience with data standards (ideally automotive ACES & PIES) Experience in commerce, working with/for brands/manufacturers, retailers, and/or distributors.
