Estimator - General Contractor Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate project requirements are met. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions. Track and manage project costs to ensure alignment with budgets. Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure quality materials. Present cost estimates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends, construction techniques, and cost-effective practices.
