Assist In coordinating the invitation of guest lecturers for undergraduate and post graduate students. Maintain an accurate inventory record of equipment working with inventory services in the tagging of new equipment and surplus activation of obsolete and broken equipment. Monitor leave prior to Payroll vouchers being finalized and submitted to the Appropriate supervisor for approval.
