Preferred Admin Role This is a full-time role for a candidate who will be acting as the point of contact and be the catalyst for the preferred inventory processing. The person in this role will work 40+ hours per week. Overtime will be assigned on an as needed basis. This position is temporary for the first 60 days. Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Using internal consoles to update inventory/order data. Reconcile discrepancies and inquiries from internal teams relating to preferred processing. Communicate with internal leadership on daily processing and backlogs. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Highly productive mindset Attention to detail when completing tasks Performs well in a team environment Punctual and can adhere to schedule (8AM-4:30PM) Willingness to work out of multiple local facilities on a daily basis. Minimum Qualifications: Adequate English written and verbal communications skills Ability to work on feet and carry loads up to 25 pounds Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends if needed Basic data entry skills Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years' experience in order fulfillment or inventory control Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communications skills A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
