In this role, you will be a key player in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. As a Junior Account Representative, you will work closely with our senior account managers to understand client requirements, compile reports on account status, and assist in developing strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts and relationships Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our services Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition Monitor and report on client account status and performance metrics Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A genuine passion for customer service and client satisfaction Benefits Competitive salary with growth potential.
