Description:Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Culinary team as a Sous Chef at one of our Food & Beverage Outlets at Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Based on your experience and skill set, you could work at: Coastal Provisions. The impressive culinary team has crafted a variety of crave-worthy seafood and meats sourced with a story from local and regional purveyors. This Restaurant is open three meals a day. Previous Culinary Management experience is required.o Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standardso Manage colleagues through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiringo Monitor food production, ordering, cost, quality, and consistency dailyo Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipmento Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidaysPay Range: Based on ExperienceQualifications:Working Conditions: While primarily an indoor job, must be able to work at outdoor locations on occasion, walking on uneven surfaces.
