Human Resources Intern FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations. This is a full-time summer internship (9:00 AM5:00 PM, MondayFriday) based at FieldPulse Headquarters in Dallas, Texas, with the opportunity to continue part-time during the school year with flexible hours. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and creative college student to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, creating a welcoming office environment, and gaining hands-on experience across office operations, HR, and recruiting within a growing tech company. What you'll do: Restock the fridge and snack shelves each morning Place and track office supply orders so we're always stocked Add seasonal and holiday dcor to keep the office feeling fresh and welcoming Keep the office tidy, organized, and running smoothly day to day Support small projects that improve the overall office and employee experience Assist with HR generalist tasks such as onboarding support, employee communications, and HR operations Support recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, LinkedIn headhunting, and interview coordination Gain hands-on exposure to HR and recruiting within a growing SaaS company Why you'll love it: Full-time summer schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM, MondayFriday A role that blends office operations, HR, and recruiting experience Real-world exposure to people operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment Opportunities to be creative while also building professional, transferable skills You'll play a key role in keeping both the office and people operations running smoothly We're looking for someone who: Is currently enrolled in college Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Enjoys creating a welcoming and positive environment Is curious about HR, recruiting, or people operations Is comfortable juggling a variety of tasks and jumping in where needed
