Business Office Assistant / Case Manager Arden Park Post Acute is looking for a motivated, organized, and compassionate Business Office Assistant / Case Manager to join our team! What You'll Do: Assist with admissions, insurance verification, and authorizations Support billing processes and maintain accurate resident financial records Coordinate discharge planning alongside the interdisciplinary team Communicate with families, payors, and community partners Help ensure smooth transitions from hospital to SNF and back to the community Provide administrative support to the business office What We're Looking For: Experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of insurance, Medi-Cal/Medicare, and authorizations is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate approach Why Arden Park Post Acute?
