Project Scheduler Position: Project Scheduler Company: Loenbro LLC Location: Gilbert, AZ Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Project Scheduler II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling support and schedule management, with proficiency in Primavera P6. This role involves interfacing directly with project management, client management, and site personnel for updating, progressing, and tracking earned value of project schedules. The candidate must have communication and schedule analysis skills to be able to identify and communicate potential risks or opportunities in the project schedule. Essential Job Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6, including resource loading and tracking experience. Collaborate with project managers and site personnel to gather progress data and updates. Identify and mitigate scheduling risks and impacts to the critical path. Provide regular status reports, updates, and forecasts to stakeholders and project team. Track project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes. Perform time impact analysis to support change order impacts Ensure compliance with project management standards and practices. Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling input. Minimum Qualifications: Required: Skilled in written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to interact and multitask with project team members, clients, and site personnel of varying position levels. Strong computer skills required. Experience in construction and in electrical / data centers. Competent in all Microsoft products and scheduling experience Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and excellent communication skills. Willingness to work both in field and office settings and an ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment. A valid driver's license and proof of insurability if required to drive. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search. Must be a team player. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler, with hands-on experience in Primavera P6. Electrical and data center experience is a plus. Strong understanding of project scheduling principles and practices. Technical skills of Primavera P6 and the functionality of the software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
