That's why we live different, play different.We are seeking an experienced Creative Designer – Collectibles Division to deliver innovative creative solutions for collectible cards and packaging. Working directly with the commercial team and customers, this role is responsible for crafting unique, high-quality designs that align with customer needs and production requirements. The position collaborates with a global team of project managers, engineers, R&D specialists, and production experts. The position aims to drive creativity, maintain project timelines, and support multiple Cartamundi divisions, including Collectibles, Entertainment, and Group projects.What you’ll do as a Creative Designer – Collectibles Division: Work with creative team to develop original, manufacturable concepts for print production Create engaging presentations for internal teams and external clients to communicate creative solutions effectively Prepare high-quality digital assets for proofing & sampling, ensuring all designs meet brand and technical specifications Coordinate the creation of physical samples when necessary for production reviews and approvals Maintain detailed records of project deliverables, timelines, and revisions. Ensure all creative outputs align with customer development schedules and production requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential challenges in the production pipeline Partner with multiple divisions, including Collectibles, Entertainment, and Group projects, to ensure consistency in creative standards. Act as a liaison between the creative team and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business and customer objectives. Provide input and creative insights during product innovation discussions and strategic planning sessions. Partner with multiple sites within collectibles to design and deliver creative packaging solutions, with the goal of being manufacturable in the same way at all sites.
