Retail Order Fulfillment Specialist- Processor

Spring Into Action as an Order Fulfillment Specialist- Processor! Do you love working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges? This Spring, join us as an Order Fulfillment Specialist and help ensure our customers get exactly what they need, when they need it! You'll play a key role in helping fulfill orders, moving product, and working with a fantastic team to make the shopping experience seamless. This seasonal position runs through the Spring months, with an expected end date of July 1st, so it's a perfect opportunity to earn while you enjoy the season of growth and renewal! Seeking candidates that are able start prior to May 1st and can work 3+ days a week (20-40 hrs) and weekends through May and June. What You'll Do: Accurately pick customer orders by following pick lists and standard operating procedures. Move products throughout the department, including lifting and transporting items over 50 lbs. Operate voice and/or Radio Frequency (RF) units to assist with order fulfillment. Report any discrepancies or product damages to ensure the highest quality service. Work with a team to meet productivity and accuracy goals while staying on track to meet deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols to keep the work environment secure for yourself and your coworkers. Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations. What You'll Need: A high school diploma or equivalent Product Knowledge would be ideal but not required. Excellent customer awareness and a focus on delivering top-notch service. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent decision-making and organizational skills. A willingness to lift at least 30-50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Candidates must be 16+ years of age to apply. Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
