Marketing Specialist This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA Job Duties: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on niche growth segments such as Gen Z and millennials. Manage digital advertising operations across Meta, Google, YouTube and apply data-driven strategies and AI-powered optimization to improve ROI and conversion rates Lead large-scale campaigns across online and offline channels to improve brand awareness, engagement, and marketing efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to launch new features and optimize user experience in alignment with company goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and continuously refine marketing strategies. Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor's degree in Global Communication, Marketing or related fields with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in: 1. Integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, and event activations. 2. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, WeChat, and TikTok Shop. 3. Marketing data analytics, campaign performance measurement, and optimization using analytics tools. 4. Ability to create engaging marketing content by using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or AI-assisted creative tools. 5. Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships management, user acquisition, and revenue growth strategies to drive awareness, conversion, and retention. 6. Demonstrated ability in market research, go-to-market strategy execution, and full-funnel sales/engagement optimization.
