Senior Project Assistant Salary Range $60k - $80k The Senior Project Assistant will support the Senior Leadership Team with management and execution of initiatives and tasks, large and small. The individual in this role will attend meetings with Senior Leadership Team members, take notes, send recap emails, and hold others accountable for delivery. This position is part Business Analyst, part Project Manager, part Executive Assistant. The appeal of this position is the exposure and involvement in company initiatives of substantial consequence and ranging across many departments and lines of business. The ideal candidate will have excellent business communication skills (oral and written), self-confidence, and self-reliant. This position will work fulltime at the company headquarters located in Lenexa, KS. Duties/Responsibilities: Attend meetings with Senior Leadership Team members, take notes, send recap emails Hold team members accountable for action items through follow up and peer management Meeting management - calendars, travel, and other preparations to ensure success Develop spreadsheets and complete data analysis with limited instruction Prepare power point presentations for executive and external audiences Miscellaneous information/data gathering and analysis projects A variety of other duties as assigned to help the executive team and the company deliver results Requirements and Preferred Experience: Experience summarizing discussions quickly - excellent note-taking skills, typing skills Excellent personal organizational skills to ensure action items are completed on time Advanced Excel skills -pivot tables, lookup tables, complex functions, etc Intermediate report building skills in several technologies, with the ability to apply that logic to learn new technology quickly Professional/corporate vocabulary Firm but likeable professional personality Tough-minded and results-driven Helpful and "no job too small mentality" Experience getting results from peers (peer accountability) Business Analyst or Project Management experience preferred Executive Assistance experience preferred Public speaking occasionally (leading meetings) Willingness to work early or late when needed to meet deadlines Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
