CW Business Process Analyst

Assist with data management deliverables Collect and analyze business process models/mapping Correlate business processes to dataflow and systems diagrams Maintain consistent communication with business partners Coordinate & facilitate working sessions and meetings with TFS Business Units & technical teams Coordinate project deliverables and execution Summarize and document meeting notes Maintain documents, content, and related artifacts on company portal Requirements: List the position Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business Information Management or related, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Microsoft SharePoint Site Must Haves: Business process management principles and standards, best practices, industry standards Business process modeling and analysis experience Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to tailor communications to various levels of audiences Exceptionally strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lead/facilitate discussions Gathering requirements Analytical skills Self-motivated Resourceful Preferred/ Nice-to-haves: Enterprise business architecture principles and standards Standard Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Experience in business process modeling tools such as ER/Studio Business Architect Data flow and data mapping Data management principles and disciplines Understanding of Big Data platforms (e.g. Hadoop, HDFS, etc) About Toyota Financial Services Headquartered in Plano, Texas, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is the finance and insurance brand for Toyota in the United States, offering retail auto financing and leasing through Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC) and extended service contracts through Toyota Motor Insurance Services (TMIS).
