Project Manager - Civil GC/Government Projects - Richmond, VA will have: 5-10+ years of experience in civil or heavy construction Strong preference for experience with pump stations, water or wastewater treatment plants, or similar infrastructure Solid understanding of mechanical systems (pumps, piping, process systems) Will consider candidates with transportation project experience (WMATA, VDOT, DOT) Public sector / government project experience is a plus Backgrounds considered include civil infrastructure, heavy civil, industrial, utilities, and transportation Experience in Richmond or Southern Virginia markets preferred, but not required The client is open to diverse technical backgrounds and values well-rounded builders. Project Manager - Civil GC/Government Projects - Richmond, VA will receive: Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 Annual Bonus: Target 10% of base salary Vehicle Allowance: $400 - $700 per month 401(k): Eligible after 30 days, 50% match on the first 6% PTO: 2 weeks to start, 96 hours after 2 years, 144 hours after 11 years Full medical, dental, and vision benefits
