Sr Administrative Coordinator As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will perform a range of moderately complex and confidential administrative duties, requiring considerable skill and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. You will screen calls and visitors, resolve routine and complex inquiries, and manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. You will exercise moderate autonomy in troubleshooting issues and anticipate the needs of the person you support. Responsibilities Perform moderately complex administrative assignments related to meeting, seminar, workshop, and conference planning, including material production, scheduling, logistical arrangements, and liaising with participants, speakers, and vendors. Assist with special projects across multiple teams, including workstream participation. Conduct research for individual contributors; compile, analyze, and summarize information for reports and correspondence. Compile, review, and analyze complex data, keep databases and share sites updated, and provide accurate data and information on functional unit processes and procedures. Coordinate executive meetings, including logistics, collection and coordination of meeting materials, agenda creation, and recording meeting minutes. Assist in the preparation of correspondences, memoranda, and reports, as well as copying and filing and processing documentation of expenses and vouchers. Essential Skills Proficiency in administrative support and assistance. Skill in calendar management and expense reimbursement. Experience in travel management and expense reconciliation. Strong ability in travel coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of total relevant work experience. Proficiency with MS Suite, Concur, and Zoom. Work Environment The role involves working 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely, typically remote on Fridays. Sometimes, Fridays are rotated with other administrative staff. Parking is included. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Owings Mills, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
