ServiceNow Functional Lead

Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Functional Lead to join their team. As a ServiceNow Functional Lead, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: ServiceNow Functional LeadLocation: Washington, DC (On-site)Clearance: TS SCIPay Range: OpenWhat's the Job? Lead collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing business processes. Design and implement new business processes to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product requirements and use cases. Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects. Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow platform analysis and system configuration. What's Needed? Expertise in ServiceNow Platform Analysis and System Configuration (P4 level). Proven experience in leading business process analysis and redesign. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Must be local to the DC Metro Area and willing to work onsite 100%.
