Regional Security Specialist (RSS)Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)Salary: $62,000-$64,000 annuallyPosition OverviewThe Regional Security Specialist (RSS) is a hands-on, client-facing operational leader responsible for managing day-to-day security operations at a single client location in Nashville. This role serves as the on-site security representative and primary liaison between the client and Securitas leadership.The RSS ensures operational excellence through supervisor development, policy enforcement, quality assurance, and strong client communication. Maintain strong working relationships and ensure consistent service delivery. Communicate regularly with the National Account Manager and internal leadership. Address client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally. Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day embedded officer services at the site. Supervise and develop site supervisors and security personnel. Ensure proper scheduling, staffing coverage, and operational efficiency. Maintain current post orders, policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions. Maintain working knowledge of electronic access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. Performance & Compliance Monitor service quality and enforce policy adherence. Assist in developing and delivering training to support operational readiness. Track performance metrics and staffing indicators. Uphold ethical standards and company policies at all times. Administrative & Financial Oversight Assist with billing accuracy and invoice review. Monitor staffing levels, overtime trends, and cost controls. Support reporting requirements and documentation needs. Required Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service mindset. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of experience in security operations or related field. Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Corporate or data center security experience preferred. Military or law enforcement background preferred. CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred (or ability to obtain). Physical Requirements Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods. Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
